We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for our services. If you are not satisfied with the services delivered, you may request a refund within 48 hours of job delivery. The 48-hour period begins from the time the job is marked as delivered by us.

To be eligible for a refund, you must also meet the following criteria:

  • You have not violated our Terms of Service.
  • You have not used the service in a manner that led to a decrease in its value.
  1. Exceptions

Please note, the refund policy does not apply to our link building services once the domain authority of your website has been increased. This is due to the irreversible nature of link creation and the work completed to achieve the increase in domain authority.

To request a refund, contact us through the information provided on our Contact Us page within the 48-hour period after the job delivery. In your refund request, provide your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund.

Once we receive your refund request, we will assess it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
